In this case i'd say definitely. I think he will ultimately beat it in Court, although it will cost him thousands of dollars.

For the Customs Officers tom claim he was, "Transporting Munitions Of War" beacuse he inadvertently forgot a Magazine with 5 rounds in it which he had a legal concealed carry permit for in KY anyway is ridiculous.

I am betting they went after him because he refused to unlock his phone and because he was Hispanic, a US citizen though. But he knew his rights

Keep in mind even though he was never even arrested or charged with a crime Customs seized his $60,000 Truck.

I think the Customs agents involved basically committed Grand Felony Theft in this case and they should be terminated.

This is a gross abuse of the law and misapplication of Justice.

There are many more such horror stories out there like this.
