As we stand and live by the truth ... God takes care of the battle.

There's only one thing to do ... " keep walking with the Lord. "

None of what you say is what the Lord
told Gideon. Even Moses had to send out
troops and intelligence gatherers.

No human hands can do what the Lord can and does. In Rev, we see the battle with the archangel in Heaven (not upon the earth). Human pride leads to war and war to waste.

Isaiah 41:10 “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

Psalm 46:1 “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.”

only fits the libtard christian point of view.

I can assure you that back in the day
that Moses and Gideon would have loved
to have a few of us rednecks around.

Especially Moses.

Again Crayons ... with all due respect ... I'm not ignoring you as a person, but I am not interested in having any discussion with you on what you are saying in this thread.

Again ... simply due to the fact that your " mind-set " is set ... and you would not be " open " to consider what anyone else would say anyway. Just from my observations ... you haven't shown anything different so far.

I really didn't think this old backslider would have to go old testament on you charismatic cruzamatic's---but in your own homeland---Freedom that is Fought for & Guarded is Freedom Preserved for Future Generations.

I can't remember who wrote this but it was probably
written 500-700 yrs ago & it goes a little somethin like this...

God and the soldier we adore
in time of danger and not before

When danger passes and all things sighted
God is forgotten and the soldier slighted

Hi Crayons,

it was Rudyard Kipling who wrote that small (sad but true in many cases) poem (it's called a time for prayer).

God and the soldier we adore
in time of danger and not before

When danger passes and all things sighted
God is forgotten and the soldier slighted

I did a short study of Kipling's life in the poetry forum here (he lived a fascinating life).

Thanks for sharing this! <3

He was English -- I've given a short biography of his life (points of sadness and true virtue) in the poetry forum.

He lived a sad, but admirable life.
