RPM. Good thread. I hope this might reach a reader who has not come to this reality in life.

what reader did you make that judgment call agiasnt? I think people should spend time judging themselves instead of running around judging others. For every finger you point at someone, three fingers can be pointed back at you. We are sinners and in no place to cast stones.

Wow Texas!!

i almost entered that same comment on a Christian site yesterday!

.....wasn't pointing fingers though.....
was concerned for an aquaintance
who is caught up in the faith/prosperity doctrine......
i've not been able to effectively counsel her for yrs......
the guy on the site had the perfect answers for this issue.....

sad.....flattery is the 'new' agape love in the contemporary church.....
correction/exhortation/rebuke is considered hate.....

.....if left to our own devices.....we are so lost......:yeahthat:

TCG -- Why are you quoting me here and suggesting this to be finger pointing at anyone in particular???

It was a generalized remark (and I was 'not' thinking of any forum members, but rather anyone reading that the thread might help with the reality shared).

Why would you create a thread like this 'again' (been some time, since you have attacked me using this method).

......so sorry sandie.....

......no one, but God, is wise enough
to bring closure to these accusations/suspicions.
just graciously back off & leave them in His hands....
any attempt to address/discuss will only add fuel to the fire.

....i know....my sister & i experience this......
am currently dealing with the backlash
of a seemingly innocent conversation.

....life....it's a ride.....:yeahthat:
but, love/forgivenness will perserve our peace.....hugs
