He will be faced with many challenges. May our prayers be offered on his behalf as he goes step by step with whatever he has on his heart to say and do as our next president.

I am too, and I believe that as long as saints continue to pray, Trump will continue to succeed in God's design, but if/when saints again get wrapped up in their own little worlds, and neglect to pray for our leaders, then things will once again go to pot, only next time we might fully lose the country.

Amen, Storm! I heard so many people saying they had never prayed over an election the way they did over this one. Prayer is the reason God made this happen, and probably the only reason He's holding back His wrath from this nation now! Lord, continue to have mercy on us and bless the United States of America. Let the hearts of the people be turned to You!

I pray for this country and our leaders.

Where Trump is concerned, he's such a wild card I often times wonder if the man is utterly incompetent or on the brink of irreversible dementia?

Compared to Hillary, am more than willing to give him a chance. But I fear he lacks the temperament or the mind to govern a nation very well.

What might his leadership produce but more chaos and world crises than anything we've seen up to now.

Prayer is good, in its context. It's a shame it may take a miracle to save us from our own folly, or we are going to reap the consequences of what we've sown as a nation in the man who's about to be president.

Also praying ...

Mr. Trump will be guided to surround himself with people having the ability to " follow through " on whatever is being planned for our country and to make up the difference wherever Mr. Trump lacks in his own ability.

Heavenly Father, Thank You for the glimmer of hope You've given us!
I pray for Pres Obama in his last days of office, for Pres elect Trump and his family and advisers, for our Supreme Court Justices; those seated and those yet to be appointed, our Congress and Senate and all elected and appointed to offices across the land, and especially our Peace Officers..that You reveal Yourself mightily in their lives, confusing and confounding the enemy at every turn..surrounding them all with Godly counsel and drawing them into Your perfect will. I speak a supernatural hedge of protection around them and pray Your Holy Spirit lead them into ALL truth, directing their paths to Your Glory.
Mostly I pray for Your People, called by Your Name, that we do not take for granted this opportunity to turn this nation to Your service, that we continue to fast and pray and follow Your direction, asking what Your will is for this nation and for what purpose we have been so richly blessed. Let us NOT be like the rich man ignoring the beggar at our gates and assuming our wealth is for our personal pleasure.
I pray Your will be done in each and every one of our lives, spreading through our communities and across this nation in Jesus Name

Being Honest and Kind ... A Nice Place to Find !

Mr. Trump is doing a wonderful job ... in how he is conducting himself.

Just makes me smile, as I watch how he is going about things.

Still praying ... as he approaches his time of arrival in Washington, D.C.

I was thinking about this thread today. It's God that brings the victory. Over and over again we read of men that were really not the greatest leaders by themselves, but God used them to bring about His plan. it isn't the man himself that leads our nation... but the plan of God to use him.

And the three companies blew the trumpets, and brake the pitchers, and held the lamps in their left hands, and the trumpets in their right hands to blow withal: and they cried, The sword of the LORD, and of Gideon. Judges 7:20

A commentary for that verse says God chose the foolish things of the world to confound the wise, a barley-cake to overthrow the tents of Midian, that the excellency of the power might be of God only. The gospel is a sword, not in the hand, but in the mouth: the sword of the Lord and of Gideon; of God and Jesus Christ, of Him that sits on the throne and the Lamb..

I lift this country to the Father. Praying as Vickie prayed

Although I didn't support either candidate, Trump being unqualified and presenting himself to also be the horrible individual he has always been. I do believe we owe him the benefit of the doubt. I pray regardless of who he is God's will is done and I hope for division to cease amongst God's community. As the church and His bride we should not let ANYTHING separate us from each other. I pray we all just let go, let God and support Trump within our prayers and not necessarily in his politics.

Heavenly Father,
I thank you for every good and perfect thing in our lives. That Your children, called by Your name have been heard but mostly that we do not loose sight of Your Word that instructs us to pray for those in government...
I pray supernatural protection and Godly Wisdom for Pres Trump, VP Pence, their families and all they have appointed to help fulfill the needs of this time; that we consider our impact on other nations and Your purpose for us as individuals and as a nation. That You cause to be confirmed Judges who will serve and honor You while making right decisions and living honorable lives. I pray we all 'walk in Your Spirit with the Fruit of Your Spirit' which leaves no access to the enemy.
I thank You that You continue the work You've begun in each of us and that we allow ourselves to be sensitive to Your leading while being quick to obey and thinking of others before ourselves.
To You be glory and honor in Jesus Name

I don't completely trust politicians that too with business background, yet I am with Trump for his action against abortion, gay marriages and immigration restrictions.

One has to be careful in allowing the camel's nose into the tent. Eventually, the body will also enter to upset the tent. Muslim refugees when given permanent shelter will thank their Allah and pitch their tents in start shouting from loudspeakers from built up mosques soon.
