No. 0     Original Topic:  correcting password mistake in system
By:  greendiamond   Gender: F   Age: 60   on  Jan 20, 2015 at 5:13 PM   Viewed 10797 times
...this may not be a big deal to some, but....
when i created my profile with MC
i entered a word, that would be easy to remember
for my password.
when i tried to use it,
the word i chose for my password didn't work
clicked on 'forgot my password'
and received a response:
the word MC acknowledged as my password
was two letters short of my choice
i have entered 'user tools' a dozen times
to 'change my password'
back to my original intent
each time the message:
'your password has been changed' pops up.
but, this is not true.
when i log on.....the incorrect password holds.
you wanna help me fix this?

appreciatively, greendiamond :coffeenpc:

Hi greendiamond

You may want to send a PM to Deveray, he's the administrator.
Sometimes he's too busy with work, or out of town, and does not check the forums for a few days.
